ELECTRICAL ACCESSORIES

Circuit Breakers

A circuit breaker is an automatically operated electrical switch designed to protect an electrical circuit from damage caused by overload or short circuit. Its basic function is to detect a fault condition and, by interrupting continuity, to immediately discontinue electrical flow

Magnetic Starters

A magnetic starter is an electromagnetically-operated switch which provides a safe method for starting an electric motor with a large load. Magnetic starters also provide under-voltage and overload protection, and an automatic cut-off in the event of a power failure.

Lighting (Explosion Proof)

We provides a whole range of explosion-proof lighting as it is widely used in industry sectors who must take a gaseous environment into consideration.

Cabling (& Glands)

A cable is usually two or more wires running side by side and bonded, twisted, or braide together to form a single assembly.

Panel Boards

Panel boards are a component of an electricity supply system which divide an electrical power feed into subsidiary circuits, while also providing a protective fuse or circuit breaker for each circuit in a common enclosure.

Cable legs

Cable or wire lugs are devices that are used for connecting cables to electrical appliances, other cables, surfaces, or mechanisms.

Heavy duty plugs and receptacles

Supplies power to portable electrical equipment and provides safe disconnect means and short circuit protection. Interlocked units provide dead front receptacles. Connection cannot be made or broken when unit is under load.

Transformers

A transformer is a static electrical device that transfers energy by inductive coupling between its winding circuits. A varying current in the primary winding creates a varying magnetic flux in the transformer's core, and thus a varying magnetic flux through the secondary winding. This varying magnetic flux induces a varying electromotive force (EMF), or "voltage", in the secondary winding.

Contactors

A contactor is an electrically-controlled switch used for switching a power circuit, similar to a relay but with higher current ratings. A contactor is controlled by a circuit which has a much lower power level than the switched circuit.

Relays

A relay is an electrically operated switch. Many relays use an electromagnet to operate a switching mechanism mechanically, but other operating principles are also used. Relays are used where it is necessary to control a circuit by a low-power signal (with complete electrical isolation between control and controlled circuits), or where several circuits must be controlled by one signal.

Conduit Fittings

A small but extremely important element to electrical project supply, conduit fittings may cost little but
are extremely important. We only provide the very best quality conduit fittings as our aim is to provide
reliable electrical installations.

Switches

In electrical engineering, a switch is an electrical component that can break an electrical circuit, interrupting the current or diverting it from one conductor to another.

Grounding material and grounding rod

Common ground rod material selection is based on the corrosion resistance of the rod, balanced with the longevity of the system. Galvanized steel, copper-bonded steel and stainless steel are the most common materials considered for grounding systems in most parts of the world.
